Quick answer
If your colour trading deposit is pending or missing, first check Deposit History and your UPI app. If money left your bank, copy the 12-digit UTR, wait for the time stated on the deposit screen, then send support the order ID, UTR, amount, time and a screenshot of the bank debit. Do not pay again while you wait, and never pay a UPI ID sent by “support” in a chat.
What should I check first?
- Your UPI app history did the payment succeed, fail or stay pending?
- Deposit History in the platform is there an order with the same amount and time?
- Your bank statement or SMS was the account actually debited?
- The stated wait time many deposit screens show how long credits can take.
- Your wallet after a refresh pull down or reopen the app.
Which deposit problem do I have?
| Situation | What it usually means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| UPI says failed, no debit | Payment did not go through | Start a new order if you still want to deposit |
| UPI says failed, bank debited | Bank reversal may follow | Wait for your bank’s reversal window; keep the UTR |
| UPI success, order pending | Matching delay | Wait the stated time, then raise a ticket |
| UPI success, no order shown | Paid outside the order flow | Raise a ticket with UTR and screenshot |
| Paid wrong amount | Order could not auto-match | Raise a ticket with UTR; do not pay the difference |
| Paid twice | Duplicate payment | Raise a ticket for each UTR |
Where do I find the UTR?
Open your UPI app, find the payment in history and open its details. The UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) is usually a 12-digit number. Some apps call it a UPI reference or transaction ID. Support needs it to trace your payment.
How do I write the support ticket?
Deposit not credited. Amount: ₹___. Date and time: ___. Order ID: ___. UTR: ___. Payment app: ___. Bank debited: yes. Screenshots attached: UPI details, bank SMS, Deposit History.
Send it through in-app support only. See customer care.
What should I never do with a stuck deposit?
- Pay again “to push” the first payment through.
- Pay a “verification fee” or “unlock charge”.
- Approve a UPI collect request from anyone.
- Share your UPI PIN, OTP or screen.
- Contact numbers found on social media.
What if the platform does not resolve it?
Keep all evidence and stop depositing. If you believe you were defrauded, contact your bank and report it through India’s cybercrime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. Read is colour trading real or fake before using that platform again.
